With KORR’s weight loss program, you can
purchase a starter packet that features a variety of aids to assist your
patient in the weight loss process. These are basic items that can support
a variety of different types of weight loss programs. The incorporation
of our web based tracking system is optional, for your less technically
minded clients. The kit includes:
Target Tracker food and
activity journal: A compact system to help clients monitor their
food and caloric intake, hunger scale, activity, and food groups.
Target Tracker calorie counter:
A compact calorie counter that includes many fast food and restaurant
listings.
Carrying Case: A
lightweight, plastic billfold to hold both the calorie counter, and the
food and activity journal.
Quick Guide to Eating Out:
Helpful suggestions for eating in restaurants formatted the size of a
credit card. This makes it easy to put in a wallet and have in handy anytime.
Progress Chart: This
chart is just the right size to hang above the bathroom scale. You, the
counselor, indicate how often you want your client to weigh in, whether
daily, weekly, or monthly.
