Record everything you eat in your Target Tracker. Your target diet tracking record is the core of your diet program for several reasons. To learn how to eat to your metabolism, you need to know just how much you are actually eating. By tracking what you eat, you can add up the calories at the end of the day and see how your intake actually compares to your goal. And having to write down everything you eat can motivate you to eat well. Additionally, you can learn a great deal about your eating habits. The Target Tracker is small enough to carry with you throughout the day. Record what you eat as soon as possible so you don’t forget just what you ate. Record not only the food and serving size, but its caloric value, when you ate it, and how hungry you were. At the end of each day, or when you have access to your computer, log on to www.korr.com. Access e-Tracker quick link located on the home page in the highlights box on the right side of the screen. This link will access our web based tracking system, provided by fitday.com. 1. Enter in the name and password you set up with your counselor. This is important to do correctly so that your counselor can access your entries. 2. Click Foods on the left hand column. 3. Now use your Target Tracker to enter in what
you ate today. This way you can access thousands of calorie values to
keep an accurate record of your eating, and your counselor can access
your file at any time to monitor how you are doing. |
